If you're using a professional event planner or florist, share your ideas with them to help you achieve your desired look within your budget. If you're a DIY person, this will keep you on track as you make your decor purchases. And remember that you'll probably need more or bigger decor than you think. A large venue can look sparse with items that completely fill up your guest bedroom.
